All Pilots

• Appropriate pilot certificate
• Current medical certificate
• Instrument rated and IFR current as specified in FAR 61
   

Pilot in Command Qualifications

• Minimum 600 hours of logged flight experience
• 100 hours of instrument time (no more than 25 in a simulator)
• 50 hours in make/model 
• 25 hours of nighttime

Second in Command Qualifications

• Minimum 300 hours of logged flight experience
• 50 hours of instrument time
• Must be thoroughly briefed  on the operation, flight characteristics, checklist, & emergency procedures of the mission aircraft by the pilot in command
