2008 EVENTS You won't want to miss ANY of them!
Muskegon CareAffaire and the "Run for Wings" event ! Saturday, May 31st from 8am to Noon Chairperson is Rex Vanderlinde rex@ea-transport.com It will be held at Executive Air Transport, in the Muskegon Airport. The pancake breakfast for a donation price of $6 will be served by the Muskegon Host Lions Club! There will be a classic car display, antique motorcycles, and a static airplane display. Various airplane rides, from War Birds, general aviation and helicopter rides are also available for a suggested donation. Run for Wings Chairperson is Mike Workman www.runforwings.com
Holland Pig Roast Tuesday, July 15th , 2008 - 5pm to 8pm Join Wings of Mercy for dinner!! It will be held at the Plane View Banquet Hall (1/4 Mile South of Tulip City Airport). Roast Pork, Salads, Beans, Rolls and Drinks will be offered for a suggested donation. It will be a lot of fun!
Traverse City CareAffaire: Saturday, Sept. 6 th , 2008 from 7:30am to Noon Chairperson is Mark Evans evansavionics@charternet.net It will be held at the Traverse City Airport Cherry Capital, Evans Avionics Hangar. The pancake breakfast for donations will be prepared by the Stephen Huston family and crew. There will also be plane rides available for a suggested donation.
Big Truck Holland CareAffaire Saturday, Sept. 13th , 2008 - ALL DAY EVENT Chairperson is Bob Guerink - hesequipt@charter.net It will be held at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds. Breakfast and Lunch will be offered for a suggested donation price. This is a completely new event for Wings of Mercy. Come join in on the fun!!
